Solution:
This townhouse development is situated on Walnut Creek’s Iron
Horse Regional Trail, a rail-to-trail conversion. The site’s
graphic identity borrows imagery from past and present: a railroad
runs across the top of the “Journal” page, and a bicycle
navigates the user through the site. Metallic elements and sharp angles
reinforce the urban quality of loft living, while color photos of
the project’s progress establish a warm, friendly tone.
